We take quality assurance very seriously. Every product undergoes a comprehensive inspection before leaving our warehouse. During this process, we ensure:

This means that when you receive your order, it is highly unlikely to have any damage or defects.
To maintain your product’s quality and durability, please follow these rules:
Avoid direct sunlight – Prolonged exposure can cause discoloration or surface damage.
Store at room temperature – Keep the product in a dry, ventilated place. Avoid damp areas such as bathrooms, basements, or garages.
Clothing precautions – Do not leave the product in dark or dyed clothing for extended periods, as this may cause staining. If staining occurs, use a recommended stain-removal cream.
Fire safety – Keep the product away from open flames, radiators, and heat sources.
Positioning – Do not leave the product in unnatural positions for long durations. Always return it to a natural resting position (lying flat or supported against a wall).
Storage options – Use the original packaging box, a flat storage case, or a memory-foam mattress for long-term storage.
Handling & lifting – Treat the product as you would any heavy object. Keep your back straight, bend with your knees, and avoid lifting by limbs or the head. The safest method is to wrap your arms around the waist (“bear hug”) for support.
Tip: For models with foot bolts, place socks or a soft cloth under the feet to protect floors and surfaces.
Some models include warming features. Please follow recommended heating times carefully:
Head warming (TPE): up to 40 minutes.
Head warming (Silicone, oral function): around 15 minutes.
Body heating: up to 40 minutes.
Heating rods: 10–15 minutes in summer, 15–20 minutes in winter.
⚠️ Safety Notice: Always switch off the device after heating. Never use heating functions while still powered on. Improper use may damage the product and void warranty coverage.
We provide repair assistance within 1 year of delivery under the following conditions:
If minor damage occurs, we can supply repair kits and instructions free of charge.
Customers may also send products to our Karachi warehouse for small repairs (delivery costs borne by the customer).
If damage occurs during transit, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
While we aim to provide full support, certain issues are not covered by our guarantee:
Skin tone differences: Slight variations between product photos and the actual item may occur due to lighting or screen display.
Staining from dark clothes: Discoloration caused by dyed fabrics is not eligible for return. Use color removal products instead.
Loose eyelashes or nails: These can be easily reattached with standard adhesives.
Makeup differences: Each unit may have small differences in makeup; customers may remove and reapply makeup as preferred.
Improper use of heating functions: Damage caused by ignoring heating instructions will not be covered.
Intentional damage or misuse.
Clean thoroughly before first use.
Clean after every use, especially contact areas.
If unused, clean monthly to prevent dust buildup.
Remove accessories like wigs before cleaning.
Wash inserts separately with warm, antibacterial soapy water.
For the full body, use mild sulfate-free soap with warm water and a soft sponge or spray bottle.
Lay the product flat on towels and gently clean.
Avoid submerging the neck and head in water.
Allow to air dry completely before storage. A small fan may speed drying.
⚠️ Do not use alcohol-based, silicone-based, or abrasive cleaners. Avoid wire brushes or hard sponges.
Apply light oil (for TPE) 3–4 times a year at most. Do not over-oil.
Use petroleum jelly (Vaseline) sparingly on high-stress areas such as joints.
Apply cornstarch or powder before long-term storage to maintain texture.
When posing, always return limbs to the straight position before adjusting to a new pose. This prevents overstretching or tearing.
Whether using a wig or implanted hair, comb gently starting from the ends and moving upward.
Hold the hair near the scalp to reduce pulling.
Wash wigs separately with mild shampoo and allow them to air dry.
Most TPE models have bolts in their feet to enable standing. Always use socks or protective fabric to prevent scratches on your floors.
New models may have stiff joints initially. This is normal and will loosen with careful, consistent movement over time.
If issues occur that cannot be resolved with home repair kits, you may return the product to our warehouse in Karachi for professional repair. Shipping charges will apply, but the repair itself will be free for eligible issues.
