   • Customers must apply for a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their product.

   • After 7 days, we cannot accept returns.

2. Handling & Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for a 20% handling fee, the original shipping fee, and the return shipping fee if they wish to return a product within the eligible 7-day period.

3. Unused Condition

   • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   • Products that have been opened, used, stained, or damaged in any way are non-returnable.

4. Proof Requirement

   • Customers must provide clear video evidence of the outer box, original shipping label, and product condition (if opened). This ensures transparency during the return approval process.

5. Complete Package

   • All accessories included with the product (e.g., manuals, tools, clothing, wigs, or add-ons) must be returned together.

   • The product must be in the same condition as shipped by us.

6. Order Type Restrictions

   • This 7-day return policy applies to standard stock orders shipped within Pakistan.

   • Custom or special orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable once processing has started, as they cannot be resold.

7. Strict Inspection

   • All returned products will undergo thorough inspection.

   • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering that prevents resale, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.

8. Packaging Requirements

   • Products must be packed securely in their original box.

   • If the box is damaged, customers must replace it with a similar sturdy box. Poor or broken packaging may cause damage during return shipping, in which case refunds will not be issued.

3. Ship the package back to our Karachi warehouse at your expense and share the tracking number.

4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund if all return conditions are met.

• No returns will be accepted after 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Returns will not be processed if the product is found to be opened, used, damaged, or missing accessories.

• Custom-made or special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
